        Stopped working about about 3 weeks.. Of course, I had lost my receipt by then so I had to EAT IT! Worst product ever made!

          This product worked for a few months and then the controls stopped working. I had to use the Remote control in order to get anything to work. Then the remote control stopped working (even after I changed the battery). Don't waste your time!

              I purchased this in March of 2009, [...] in Maine, it stopped working within three days. I took it back and exchanged it. The second one stopped working in 12 weeks just days after the warranty was up. The controls don't work on top or with the remote. I take good care of my equipment. This is just badly made. Several emails to Jensen customer service were ignored. When I phoned it was going to cost more to fix it than to buy another one. Do not buy this. They don't work.

              I got a 3rd generation iPod nano video last year for Christmas, and this Christmas I was hoping to get a docking station for it. When I went out shopping, I noticed that some of the stations out there were very high priced and quite frankly not that good looking. I received this as a gift from my parents, and it was very easy to use. I simply plugged it in and it was ready to go. Even the things that I had to get used to (alarm, sleep mode, etc.) were easy to use-just look through the owners manual. I love the crystal clear sound of this product, and I cannot compare it to anything else. It may be a little bigger than most iPod docking stations, but it is definitely worth it. The great sound penetrates through the entire house, even on the low-medium level. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a decently-priced, yet highly satisfying product. With all it's features, the Jensen JIMS-225 is a must-have for anyone who is looking for an iPod station. 5 stars!
