- Ingredients: Sugar, Dextrose, Cornstarch, Modified Cornstarch, Contains Less than 2% of Natural and Artificial Flavor, Salt, Calcium Carrageenan (Thickener), Polysorbate 60 (Prevents Scorching), Yellow 5, Yellow 6.
- Pudding: 1. Stir mix into 3 cups milk (fat free, 1% low fat or lactose-reduced milk can be used but may result in a softer set; do not use nonfat dry milk-pudding will be thin) in medium saucepan. 2. Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil, stirring constantly. 3. Pour into dessert dishes. (Pudding thickens as it cools.) Serve warm or chilled. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator. Makes 6 (1/2-cup) servings. For creamier pudding, place plastic wrap on surface of pudding while cooling. Stir before serving.
- Traditional pie: Makes 8 servings. 1. Prepare as directed for pudding. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. 2. Pour into cooled 9" baked pastry crust or graham pie crust. 3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours until set. Store in refrigerator. Microwave: 1. Stir mix into 3 cups milk in large microwaveable bowl. 2. Microwave on High 8 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil, stirring every 2 minutes. Microwave ovens vary; cooking time is approximate.
