I have used four different brands of dispensors. This is the only brand with a sensor activated at the top. All the others uses a sensor beam extending the length of the unit. I'm constantly wasting liquid when I move or come in close contact with the others. Whereas the iTouchless is activated only when I am close to the spout.
The only negative is that it requires a key to remove the batteries. The key can easily get lost. However, the key can be stored in the unit's cap area. That information shoud be advertised or displayed in the instructions.

My first week with this product I thought I had found the final answer. I filled it up with Soft Soap. During the second week it began to leak from the bottom of the container and the leak grew in size. A container of soft soap on the counter was really a mess to clean up. So much so that rather than try and figure out where it was leaking from I just threw it in the trash. Unfortunately for me I had thrown the box and warranty away as it worked great during the first week. Maybe I just got a lemon but in any event I will not try this again. Some of its features were great in that you could use what ever soap or lotion you wanted and had an adjustment switch for the amount of soap dispensed. It also held more soap than most

The only con for me is that sometimes (especially my husband) your hand or whatever is moved away too quickly and the soap will drip. Other than that, it has performed as I had hoped.

Could not get the soap to come out from the proper location. It leaked out from the bottom, sides and through the battery compartment... I tried several types of soap and several batteries... I sent it back several weeks ago but have yet to receive a replacement in the mail.
