I was delighted to buy this pool from Meijer at such a good price however at only 2 months old I noticed that the steel poles/bars that make up the pools frame had begun to rust!!!!!!!!!!! I installed the pool over Memorial day weekend and by the 4th of July the frame began to rust!!!!!!!!!!!
So I don't have a lot of faith that this pool will last. Otherwise I am happy with the pool, the sand filter works great, i did however have to exchange the original pump/motor assembly with Intex because the original pump had a bad bearing in the motor.

We are a family of six. The material the pool is made out of is not durable enough.

This pool is great!! They weren't lying when they said you could set it up in an hour. The sand filter is working great. So much nicer than the cartridge filters. We are planning on upgrading the pump next year to a bigger one with a saltwater system, but if you wanted to stay with this one, it will work. We looked other places at the same size above ground pool priced thousands more. This is definitely well worth the price. Excellent Pool!!!!

so glad we got this pool. love the sand filter, it works great. definately would recommend this over the paper cartridge filter by a million. there is nothing not awesome about this pool, except for the ladder is kind of shaky.

This is my second Intex Pool. We've enjoyed many hot days splashing in this pool. The pool is pretty easy to set up and only takes an hour, but leveling the area takes much longer and the MOST important step !! I wish Intex would allow you to customize your package. I upgraded my pump last year and I already have an automatic pool sweeper and cleaning kit. So these items are of no use to me....something I didn't need. I felt the ladder was a joke, very unstable. If you could order exactly what you wanted/needed and had the opportunity to upgrade certain features, this would be the best pool for the price on the market.
