I bought this for my wife because she just likes to sit in bed and surf the internet and respond to e-mails.
Perfect for her. Could use a little longer battery life though. Seems like 3 hours goes by quickly.

I love this netbook. I wanted something easy to take with me for down time. It boots up quickly and I'm able to get my "stuff" done very fast and easily. I wish it could have a built-in CD/DVD drive at this size, but for the price and size I'll manage without. I'm a working full-time mom who wanted something for my lunch hours. Only con for me is a small keyboard is hard to type quickly - maybe I'll get used to it.
