I couldn't sleep with all the noise, even on low, and it didn't make any improvement in the humidity level in our bedroom.  The night light was way too bright lighting up our bedroom all night. It also has filters which you have to buy, adding ongoing expense.  Cleaning all the parts will become a problem.  We used ours one week and didn't have to add water...when we decided to take it back there was still water in it.  Obviously it was defective.

I would love to see a warm mist option available. I purchased this due to the ease of filling. I'm not lugging things back and forth. All humidifiers should have this design. I don't like the cool mist as I usually use it during the winter. It is rather loud, so expect to turn the TV up a few notches. No big deal though.

bought this in Jan 2011 was great for 1 winter
took it out this winter and pump was shot also

Really enjoy this machine so far, so easy to fill! No lugging around containers to fill, you can just take a gallon of water and pour it right in! Easy to read water line guage on the side with a cool blue light that doubles as a nightlight. Noise level on low is about the same as a fan on medium level.

The most wonderful quality of this humidifier is how quiet it is when operating. When it gets loud, we know its time to add water. We do not have to take it apart just to check the water level. Great feature.
