      This is a compact little table to use when you don't have space for a bigger and fancier table. It looks a bit old-fashioned and very country-like due to a combination of design and color, but is convenient and sturdy. Assembly was easy.

      We use it in our small kitchen. It fits well in the small area. I was expecting it to be lighter, it is much closer to a walnut color than natural oak. Ships in two boxes one has the pedestal, other top and legs. The table top is not a solid piece it is strips 2.5" wide, but it looks good. You can ever so sightly feel where each piece starts and ends when you run your hand over the top. I ordered it Sunday and got it Friday, very good, boxes and packing good. For [$] it is a good little table, very sturdy. Made in Thailand.
