        Purchased for an 18 month old who LOVES music. She learned to use it quickly and enjoys the "kitty" that plays her favorite songs. It has good sound and battery life was good. It is durable it's had a couple spills to the floor without damage.

          I bought this for my grandson's 5 year old girlfriends daughter. She loved it. Her mother told me that is sound great, was easy to use and she can use headphones. I bought it to go along with some read along books and she said it was perfect for them.

            Bought this for my 8 year old daughter's birthday and she just loves it. It is mainly used for her CDs but the radio is nice, too. It does come with a cord so you don't have to rely on batteries alone. Another plus is that I was able to buy it at my local Meijer rather than having to order it and have it shipped from another store which advertises it for less. Overall, this is perfect for a young girl and easy to operate.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
