    Hellmanns is the only mayonnaise you need. Period. My 10 year son knows when you are making chicken salad that you have to have Hellmanns!

      Hellmann's has a minimal list of ingredients, and therefore, the best taste and most versatility when it comes to mayo. I have used it as a base for garlic cheese bread, deviled eggs, dynamite sauce for sushi, and the best BLT's. A tip from a professional wedding cake baker friend: substitute Hellmann's for water in any cake recipe, especially chocolate.
