I rodered this wine callar and firstly it came broken. Secondly the quality of the wood is the worst i have ever seen. Also the wood from corners was rusted. The company took 3 weeks to return the money and they know product is so bad they didnt even want it. They asked me throw it away.

I purchased the Haier HVTS16AMB 16-bottle cooler on clearance for [$]. Very quiet operation, visually pleasing and maintains selected temp within a degree. My gripe about this unit is that it can accommodate wider style bottles only on the top and bottom shelves, and to fit 4 large bottles on either shelf requires that the bottle necks be alternated facing front and back. The middle two shelves are too narrow vertically to easily fit even standard size bottles; the "wood" shelf fronts get in the way and will damage the bottle label if you are not careful. It is hard to complain for the price I got this unit for, but it seems near impossible to find a wine cooler that can fit large bottles and/or the number of bottles advertised.

Ordered unit online. Arrived broken with dented door and vent plate. Started return process, however the "order review team" failed to respond for over a week. When Meijer finally responded, the reps were reluctant to provide compensation for their internal error/delay. After several attempts I was able to get through to a competent employee and I re-ordered the unit at a discounted price. The success was short lived as the second unit arrived broken. I am now waiting to have the carrier pick up the 2nd unit. In the meantime, Meijer is unwilling to send a replacement unit. Forcing the customer to wait for a new, unbroken unit while shipping takes their sweet time for pick up just doesn't seem to fit Meijer "high standards" motto. I can't really rate the unit yet (as I still haven't gotten one that works), so this rating is for the experience of buying with Meijer.

I wouldn't waste my time and money on this product. We ordered one and was delivered to our home and the cabinet was broke. then we ordered a second one and it arrived broken also. Except it was worse than the first. We talk to both the company that made this and Meijer's about this problem and they gave us nothing but grief.

Read reviews online at other sites (like "[@]") and they are all fairly accurate. We ordered this online and had it delivered to our home. Unfortunately, the cabinet was broken. I re-ordered another one and had it shipped to store. When it arrived, I returned the broken one and inspected the new one to make sure it was fine, which it was indeed. I give VERY HIGH marks to MEIJER as they were very helpful on the phone when I had the initial issue as well as helping me get another in time for Christmas. The time between the initial order and the replacement was only 1 week total.Props to Meijer, they did a good job and have a good product.
