This is my second Haier washer, upgraded to this larger model from the HLP21E. Usually do 5 loads a week, and have never been so happy to do my laundry. This is a great machine, easy to use & gets my laundry very clean. Fits into a corner in my bathroom, so it's convenient too. I purchased a square dolly with swivel wheels to make it easy to move to the sink. This was the best investment I made in a long time. Great purchase !!

The max water level is too low. [...] the client has to call the service man. this is the first time in Canada that I buy a new product, specially appliance and the store that sells the appliance does not want to provide it in good conditions from the start. I called the manufacturer in USA/rep (since it is made in China). I was told by the supervisor that they would send the service man after I insisted calling 4 times (since they disconnected me). The initial person that answered the call told me to write a complaint on the Internet if I was not happy and disconnected me. I told this to the supervisor and she did not agree with that but she did not help because I do not want to start with a service call when I buy a new appliance in a closed box .Also, I complained about scratches close to all the wheels and a scratch at the top. No help. They are arrogant and after you pay for it, it is your problem, you have to deal with the service man. Now, I have to either add water myself each time or deal with a service man that puts the machine apart and starts touching the sensors of the washer. this is something that could start more problems and drive me crazy. I do not recommend this machine!
