The Story Behind Guy's Knives

In 2007, I met the designers of Ergo Chef at a gourmet show, used the cutlery on stage and was given some to take home. After a year of putting these knives through my kitchen, and trust me it can be a knife gauntlet, I was hooked on the quality and design.

I got together with my Krew and called Ergo Chef. We sketched a ton of knife designs looking for the one that really rocked! Keeping to my Hot Rod roots of doing the job right by having high quality performance parts for the project, these knives were no different. So dig it... my knives blend the best materials with a rockin' design.

As a chef, restaurant owner, and TV personality, I have high expectations on my equipment... and these knives meet all of them. Thanks to everyone who brought this blade to reality.
