I have only used this roasting pan about 3 times and the 2nd time the coating came off and I couldn't use the turkey drippings for my gravy.

I actually bought the domed roaster and had the same problem. It does hold a big turkey but found the non stick surface bubbled and came off after the first use. Yuk! I'm not sure I can use it again even with aluminum foil in the bottom. How good is that for our system? It really needs to come off the market until they can fix the problem.

I used this pan 1 time, to bake a ham. For a pan that is supposedly non stick, the brown sugar mixture I used, stuck to the bottom of the pan. After soaking, and scrubbing, the coating began to bubble and break off. Granted this is a $10-15 dollar roasting pan, it was still my hard earned money down the drain.

After my 2nd use of this roaster pan, a lot of the nonstick surface is peeling off. Though it was very inexpensive, still not worth the money for only 2 uses. Now I will have to cover it with aluminum foil so I don't get any of the non stick coating in my food or throw it away.
