Competitive with LODGE cast iron

Cons

    Best Uses

      For it's price, this is a really quality cast iron frying pan.

      One bad thing is that the pre-seasoning on it is quite light, so you'll have to re-season it. Despite the fact that it's Made in China, I've had no problems using it (after re-seasoning).

      I've made fried eggs, skillet cornbread, sauteed mushrooms, salmon, etc. and each time, the food slips right off its non-stick surface (after re-seasoning) and is so easy to clean.

      I recommend their 11" Cast Iron Grill too!

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
