We got this crib after my husband and I looked at several different types and brands. It was the only one my husband could not move the wood when he pulled or pushed on it. My son is now 1 and he often kicks the rails instead of crying to tell us he wants to get up and it doesn't show any wear... I was the one who strached it early on when I put the changing hanger (where you put your diapers) the hanger scratched the wood. Otherwise I have nothing but good things to say about this crib... In fact I plan to buy another for baby number two since you can't beat the price for a bed our children can use until they move out. ;-)

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
