We used the handle bars to add some helpful grab places on our self-made wooden swingset for our six-year old son. They work just as we hoped and are sturdy enough that my son, husband, father-in-law and I all feel secure when hanging on to while climbing. I would like to add, however, that the screws/bolts that came with the handle bars were not made of galvanized steel and instead were zinc plated, so my husband used others that we had from our building the swingset to stand up to the treated lumber. Basic handles available in a variety of colors. Green looks better in person than web photo. Recently installed and seem sturdy enough so far. Can't beat the price.
