1 Bag = 80 oz (5 lb) 2.2 kg; Flour. Unbleached all purpose, enriched, presifted, no chemical bleaching, and no chemicals added.



  • 1 Bag of 80 oz (5 lb) 2.2 kg
  • Kosher
  • Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin ( A B Vitamin), Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Folic Acid (A B Vitamin).
  • Store flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For longer storage, wrap tightly in a plastic storage bag and refrigerate or freeze. Always bring it to room temperature before using. Measure flour into measuring up and level off with a knife. No sifting necessary.
