Today I am pleased to share Gluten-Free Pantry mixes with everyone who needs a gluten-free and wheat-free diet. Right now, there is no known cure for celiac disease, but it can be controlled by a lifelong adherence to a strict gluten-free diet. - 6 Boxes of 16 oz
- Kosher, gluten free
- Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Buttermilk, Granulated Honey, Baking Powder (Corn), Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, Xanthan Gum.
- For Pancakes or Waffles You'll Need: 1 1/2 cups Pancake Mix (1/2 bag); 1 egg; 1 cup milk; 3 tbs oil. Combine ingredients. Stir to dissolve lumps. Preheat griddle or frying pan to high. Lower heat to medium. Lightly brush surface with oil. Drop batter onto cooking surface. When tops of pancakes begin to form bubbles flip and cook another 2 to 3 minutes. Serve with maple syrup or preserves. Yields 16 pancakes or waffles. For richer waffles, use 2 tbs melted butter in place of oil.
