Poor Design - leaks dust at cap

Comments about Gilmour Spray Doc 1-Lb Poly Duster:

CAN'T TIGHTEN CAP ON CANISTER.
Large cap has inside thread with gripping protrusions outside. Canister has mating outside threads and smooth plastic resulting in the inability to tighten sufficiently to prevent leaks.
There is no gasket...only plastic cap to plastic canister. Canister needs grippers on the outside to obtain a tighter seal. Any Ideas ? ?
