We were looking for a large cabin-style tent, and are very pleased with our choice. Pluses: size is more square than rectangular (12x15) which gives more usable interior room; interior partitions give parents and kids some privacy while still maintaining safety (we don't like having kids sleeping in a separate tent in public campgrounds); stood up well and didn't leak in a downpour and wind storm in the backyard (this was before I sealed all seams and sprayed with waterproofer); good ventilation; free-standing model (we picked the entire tent up and carried it to a new site with no problem.) Things I would change: two side windows require guy-lines to open, which we continually tripped over in the dark; storm flaps over door zippers are a nice touch to prevent leaks, but require a little care to avoid catching them in the zipper (neither of these items is a big deal.) The set-up directions are mostly useless, but set-up is easy with two people, at least one of whom is familiar with tents. If this is your first tent, have a camping savvy friend over to help the first time, or just go slow and look at the picture and it's really pretty easy to figure out.

This tent is about 12 inches short in each direction. Straight out of the box it had a cut in the divider between the rooms. Hard to put together with vague directions.
