Comments about George Foreman Indoor Grill Cleaning Sponge - 3 Pack:

This is an inexpensive little gadget that will significantly prolong the life of the surfaces for all of your really expensive, non-stick cookware. Although these pads were included in the package box for my brand named griller I use them as the,"second level cleaning tool" for all of my small non-stick surface kitchen appliances. There is a "process" but it works while leaving those flat & grooved grilling surfaces virtually spotless & grease free! The pads function best on SLIGHTLY warm cooking surfaces. Usually I wet/squeeze the sponge with a liquid soap, wipe surfaces throughly, rinse, let dry & you are done! However, if heavy grease laddened or baked on food is present remove as much loose, solid/oily material as possible with wet paper towels. Moisten entire sponge with water, add a small amount degreasing type of liquid dish washing soap to blue side sponge; while squeezing it to work up a sudzy emulsion. Saturate cooking surface especially grooved/textured grilling areas but DO NOT USE FORCE TO SCRUB! THE SPONGE WILL SHRED! Instead, let the item set approx 20 min. Then repeat the cleansing process of sudzing using scrubbing/wirery side sponge add water to keep working surface wet. After use, rinse and let dry. The three per package set of these sponges are very economical. Each sponge lasts about 3-4 months.
