    Comments about Gazelle Freestyle Trainer:

I try to work out at least three times a week. At my age, 57, I don't have to work hard to get my heart rate up. I watch a favorite show and before you know it, it's over and 3 miles are done.
It's easy on my joints. If you go slowly at the beginning and the end, you'll get a good stretch too.
I put this together almost by myself. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but I was by myself.
I will periodically have to put clear petroleum on the front bar to help with the noise. (I spoke to the help line from the Guide book to get this info)
If this is all I have to do to maintain the Gazelle, it is well worth what I paid.
