    Thank goodness for Gaderade! My hsband works in a very hot environment and sweats alot. He drinks at least two bottles while at work evey day. The Sodium in Gaderade helps him "not to feel whoosey" when sweatig alot. And thank goodness that my Meijer store is just down the street. I'm always running out of things to put in my husbands luchbox.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
