    I bought two sets of these as a Christmas gift. I opened the plates to get a better look (I bought them at the store, but they didn't have any on display) and I'm glad I did! 3 out of 4 had a stain or a chip already in them! I didn't even bother looking at the rest. I understand these were inexpensive, but they should not have come chipped and stained right out of the box! I will be returning them-what a hassle!

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      SIMPLE, ATTRACTIVE 4 PLACE SETTING WITH LARGE COFFEE MUG THAT'S MICROWAVEABLE WITHOUT GETTING TOO HOT TO HANDLE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THE BOWL FOR SOUP OR CEREAL SINCE IT'S TOO SHALLOW,BUT, IT MAKES A GREAT PASTA BOWL. OVERALL I'M VERY PLEASED NOT ONLY WITH THE PRODUCT BUT WITH THIS COMPANY[...] WILL DEFINATLY BE A RETURN CUSTOMER.
