Fleischmanns RapidRise Yeast - 1 Package (3 packets)
Yeast - Highly Active - Dry. All natural. 1 envelope dry yeast (1/4 oz) = 2-1/4 teaspoons = 1 cake fresh yeast (0.6 oz). A gluten free product. Product of Canada.

  • 1 Package of 3 packets (.25 oz each)
  • Kosher, gluten free
  • Ingredients: Yeast, Ascorbic Acid.
  • How to Use RapidRise (Instant) Yeast in Traditional Recipes: Mix RapidRise Yeast with dry ingredients. Add liquids that have been heated to 120 to 130°F. Add remaining ingredients. Knead. Cover and let rest 10 minutes (replaces first rise in 2-rise recipes). Shape dough as directed in recipe. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Bake as directed. Baking Tips: 1. Spoon flour into dry ingredient measuring cup and level off. 2. Always gauge liquid temperature with thermometer.
