    About 3 months after buying two of these pans they were cracked at the seam. They are not non stick. The cookies on the ouside burn while the ones on the inside are not done. The surface scratches extreamly easily.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

        I make alot of cookies. I have owned my cookie sheets for 10 years now. And it still is holding up good. I worked as a dietary cook when I first cook with them. The sheets are easy to use and very easy to clean. Not to forget they last along time.
