My 4-1/2 month daughter who is of average height loves the toys, but cannot reach the bird or lightning bug pulls, nor can she touch the bottom of the saucer with her feet. We had to put a phone book and a pillow under there. Also, she gets frustrated when she can't reach the toys. I think that the lower age of the limit is exaggerated unless your child is on the large side.

Otherwise she loves it when I play with all of the toys with her.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
