Bought this for a Halloween party. It fits okay throughout except the top is very loose which is odd for me (40D). Material is scratchy but it will work for only one night. Have to put tissue paper or something into the hat to make it stand up, otherwise it tips right over. Hat is also kind of small for an average sized head. But, it's cute.
