These chairs are perfect for our gravel patio area because the legs don't sink into the gravel. Two people were definitely necessary to assemble the chairs and our thumbs got sore attaching the plastic caps.

My husband and I just built a home, and he wanted the "old metal chairs" like his grandparents had on the farm. I found them at meijer, ordered them and surprised my husband. He was so excited. He helped assemble them right away which he never does anything right away.

The price was very good and the shipment came much faster than I expected. I am very pleased with this purchase.

have four of the tulip chairs just love them plan on getting two more i wanted them because my parents had two like these when I was young in the early 60's had no I dea that these would be constucted as good as the original or as comfortable

My husband kept wanting some of the metal chairs that used to be at the airports where he hung out as a kid. The old guys would sit in them and talk about flying. We wanted some for our private airport to sit outside the hangar for people to relax and "hangar fly". These are perfect--just what we wanted. We originally bought two, then recently bought four more. Thanks.
