    My son will not eat carrots...won't touch them! So, without him knowing, I put them in some of his baked goods! You have to make sure it's something dark, otherwise it will look orange and they will suspect something! But, he eats it up and I feel better knowing that he is getting a little bit of them with each bite!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
