LOVE LOVE LOVE this vacuum! Came with all the accesssories and a bag. Only con is that the directions are not very detailed and most are pictures so you are not sure if this is how to assemble/use it especially the tools included(no description as to the use of them). It replaces a beloved vacuum that was almost as awesome so I had high expectations and was not disappointed. Wanted one of these since they hit the market. Had it shipped to store for pickup and it was easy to do it this way!

    Bought this vacuum through a Meijer employee discount. Works great! With the first time use, I emptied the canister three times with dirt and cat hair that my Hoover had not been getting!
