  • Ingredients: Sugar, Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour șEnriched with Niacin Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid», Malted Barley Flour), Cocoa Powder Processed with Alkali, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Wheat Starch, Contains 2% or Less of Dextrose, Salt, Cornstarch, Artificial Flavor, Carrageenan, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate). You will need: For fudgy brownies: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup vegetable oil. For cake-like brownies: 3 eggs, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
  • Directions: 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F for metal pans (325°F glass, dark or nonstick pans). Grease bottom of pan with shortening or cooking spray. 2. Mix: Stir brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil in large bowl until well blended (about 50 strokes). Spread in greased pan and bake immediately. 3. Bake: Bake following times below. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1" from edge of pan comes out clean. Pan size/bake time: 13" x 9" metal or glass pan: 27-30 minutes; 13" x 9" dark or nonstick pan: 30-35 minutes; 9" x 9" metal or glass pan: 34-37 minutes; 9" x 9" dark or nonstick pan: 37-42 minutes; 8" x 8" metal or glass pan: 42-45 minutes; 8" x 8" dark or nonstick pan: 45-50 minutes. Cool completely in pan before cutting and serving.
