1 Can = 16 oz (1 lb) 453 g; Premium Frosting - Cream Cheese. Frosts two 8" or 9" layers; a 13" x 19" cake or brownies; or about 36 cupcakes.



  • 1 Can of 16 oz (1 lb) 453 g
  • Kosher
  • Ingredients: Sugar, Vegetable Oil Shortening, (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oils, Mon- and Diglycerides, Polysorbate 60, Water, Corn Syrup, Contains 2% or Less of: Cornstarch, Salt, Col-Colored with (Titanium Dioxide, Yellow 5, Red 40), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate), Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Citric Acid, Dextrose, Modified Food Starch, Corn Syrup, Caramel Color, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Milk, Sodium Citrate.
  • Directions for easy spreading: Store unopened can at room temperature, not over 90°F. Stir room temperature frosting in can before using (cold frosting is difficult to spread). Cool cake completely. Brush loose crumbs off cake before frosting. Cover and refrigerate any remaining frosting for up to 2 weeks.

    This cream cheese is SO good! I used it to make a chocolate cheese dip and it was out of this world yummy! I love how you can use what you need and keep the remainder closed tight and use for later.
