1 Can = 16 oz (1 lb) 453 g; Premium Frosting - Buttercream. Artificially flavored. Frosts two 8" or 9" layers; a 13" x 19" cake or brownies; or about 36 cupcakes.



  • 1 Can of 16 oz (1 lb) 453 g
  • Kosher
  • Ingredients: Sugar, Vegetable Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil, Mono- and Diglycerides, Polysorbate 60), Water, Corn Syrup. Contains 2% or Less of: Cornstarch, Salt, Colored with (Titanium Dioxide, Yellow 5, Red 40), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate), Sodium Acid, Pyrophosphate, Artificial Vanilla Flavor, Caramel Color, Dextrin, Natural and Artificial Butter Flavor, Milk, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Barley Malt, Syrup, Natural and Artificial Flavors.
  • For easy spreading: Store unopened can at room temperature, not over 90°F. Stir room temperature frosting in can before using (cold frosting is difficult to spread). Cool cake completely. Brush loose crumbs off cake before frosting. Cover and refrigerate any remaining frosting for up to 2 weeks.
