Comments about dreamGEAR Universal Rock Pack:

The pads didn't really affect game play in any way. I got them to increase the life of the drum set, and haven't had any problems. They also make the drum set look really cool, and make it easier for people who are just learning to see the colors. The only con is that you have to be careful when applying the pads to the drums... they are adhesive; and VERY sticky, so be sure to put them in the right spot!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
