Color is not at all what is shown in the picture (which was what we were looking for). Instead it is a bright red/orange cherry stain....not attractive. Would send it back but really need it now.

Comments about Dream On Me Liberty Collection 3-Drawer Changing Table - Cherry:

We needed a small changing table dresser combo and this suited the purpose. We were specifically looking for one in solid wood, which proved hard to find. So I was delighted to find this one that advertises itself as as solid wood. Not just here but on many other sites including their own web site. When I called to ask them to confirm, I never got a return call.I saw reviews elsewhere and some said it wasn't solid wood. And indeed it's far, far from solid wood. The back panels and all but the front of the drawers are press board. But much worse, the actual changing platform is also pressboard and a rather thin pressboard at that. Quite a laugh for its primary purpose. I assume it's been tested for safety and all.Honestly, if it weren't for the fact that's it's inexpensive and returning it would have been a hassle, I would have returned it.Beyond that this company also deserves a class action law suit for false advertising. It's a good thing no one is suing over $150 and that's probably what they bank on. Still shameless.(All that said – I don't think you can find a similar mass market product in solid wood. However, no one else is claiming this.) Final words: • assembly took nearly 3 hours solo with no power tools, and the cam bolts were cheap tin or something and easily broke with no spare parts provided.• the pictured color "cherry" was what we were looking for (we read elsewhere it was darker than most cherries), but in fact it was a true, and very red, cherry stain (much redder than the picture).
