- Ingredients: Organic Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Cocoa, Baking Soda, Cream of Tartar, Salt, Organic Locust Bean Gum.
- You Will Need: 3 eggs, 2/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup oil. Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F for shiny metal pans; 325°F for dark non-stick pans. Grease bottom of pan(s); line bottom with wax paper or dust with flour. Blend cake mix, eggs, milk, and oil in a large bowl at low speed until moistened. Beat at medium-high speed for 2 minutes. Scrape bottom and sides of bowl. Resume beating at medium-high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pan(s). Bake as directed below. Cake is done when tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan(s) on rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan(s) and cool. 1-9 x 13 inch Pan: Bake 30-35 min. 2-8 inch Round Pans: Bake 30-35 min. 2-9 inch Round Pans: Bake 30-35 min. 2-8 inch Square Pans: Bake 30-35 min. 24 Cupcakes: Bake 20-25 min.
