1 Packet = 4.2 oz; Mousse Supreme - Double Chocolate. Natural flavor. Premium mousse mix. 5 Minute preparation. Product of Canada.



  • 12 Packets of 4.2 oz
  • Ingredients: Fructose, Dutched Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Hydrogenated Coconut and Palm Kernel Oil, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Modified Potato Starch, Gelatin, Acetylated Monoglycerides, Sodium Caseinate (Milk), Salt, Sodium Alginate.
  • 1. Pour 1 cup cold milk into a bowl. Add contents of the package. 2. Beat on low speed of electric mixer for 30 seconds, then whip at highest speed for 3-5 minutes. 3. Spoon into dessert dishes. Chill for 1-2 hours. Serve and enjoy!

I made the mousse to use in a dessert recipe (death by chocolate). The directions were super easy to follow. The mousse turned out creamy and thick, with very little work required to assemble. Great texture, nice thickness, though not quite sweet enough for me.
