1 Packet = 3.7 oz; Creme Brulee - with Caramelizing Sugar. Premium dessert mix. Product of Canada.



  • 12 Packets of 3.7 oz
  • Ingredients: Sugar, Corn Starch, Brown Sugar, Whey Powder, Dried Egg Yolk, Cream Preparation (Cream, Whey, Sodium Caseinate, Lecithin, BHA), Carrageenan, Skim Milk Powder (Non Fat Dry Milk), Artificial Flavor, Disodium Phosphate, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Beta Carotene Color.
  • 1. Heat: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup (250 ml) cold milk and 1 cup (250 ml) cold whipping cream (35% MF). Whisk in contents of custard pouch (pouch 1). 2. Stir: Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Simmer and stir for 30 seconds. 4. Broil: Sprinkle custard surface with caramelizing sugar (pouch 2). Broil 3-4 minutes until browned. Makes 4 Servings (1/2 cup / 125 ml). Microwave Directions: Note: Cooking times are tested in an 800-watt oven. 1. Place milk and whipping cream in a microwave safe 8 cup (2 l) bowl. Whisk in contents of custard pouch (pouch 1). 2. Cook covered at High (100%) 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 3 minutes at High. Follow steps 3 and 4 or Preparation directions on back panel.
