      I have had two of the Deni commercial ice crusher and both failed within 6 months. Several business have stop carring them due to the failure rate. In our case we used then only on amonthly basis and they didnot hold up. I would give this item a zero rating.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

            I bought this for my wife for her birthday - she likes crushed ice in her drinks. I pulgged it in and nothing happened. Unfortunately we discarded the box it came in. [...] Zero stars should be a choice.
