      This is a great and easy way to include fish (essential fatty acids and lean protein) in a healthy lifestyle. I love adding olive oil and sesame seeds with the fish, which then offers both omega-3 and omega-6. These 2 types of essential fatty acids (EFA) support the cardiovascular, reproductive, immune, and nervous systems. They make and repair cell membranes, allowing the cells to absorb optimum amount of nutritients and expel harmful waste products.
