I go through a can a day, sometimes more. The best diet food: Nutritious, Filling, Easily Prepared and by adding it to your pantry, Always Available. I usually add a light cheese sauce made of 2% Velveeta (just 1 pt. on WW). This item is also Kosher, if that's important to you. No salt added here. I've found this to be the freshest and best tasting brand--highly recommend it.
