    These tomatoes are the perfect texture for sauce. We used them for pizzas, marinara sauce on pasta & breadsticks, in chili, for red beans & rice. They are better than tomato puree because the seeds add brightness and flavor. They are low in sodium, so they're good for restricted diets.
