        This is a fun tablet to use- mostly I have downloaded and played games. It seems to constantly need to be on the charger, but my kids tell me that's because of the games. Have not used it with the Kindle app yet, but the battery life may be better when I do that.

                I use this so that I can sit on the couch with my family and easily access our wifi from the couch without having to have a laptop sitting on top of me.This product is great because it's cheap (at least I got it cheap: [$]). But the operating system is slow. It is slow to boot up, it sometimes will take a few seconds to acknowledge that you pressed something. In addition to being slow, the touch screen is not very sensitive, so you have to press down uncomfortably hard sometimes. Using the back of your fingernail, or the stylus pen (included) helps remedy this issue.

                  I returned mine after a week. Wi-Fi worked well, applications selection limited. Powering up was good, no battery issues. Could not find any way to upgrade the OS. No online help!

                    I plugged it in (and it works when plugged in to the power supply) but the battery would never charge. Returning to Meijer. When plugged in I was able to go through the setup but it was really difficult to scroll through the list of options, such as to select a language. It was easy to accidentally change the language to Dutch! But not intuitive how to scroll down to find US english. Screen was decent. I'm disappointed it did not work.

                    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
