Cranium Zooreka
Race to create your ultimate zoo. Gain and lose food, animal and shelter cards as you move around the board and trade resources to collect habitats. Each turn keeps players thinking and planning their way to the ribbon cutting. All players are engaged on every turn as everyone tries to predict the resource the next player will roll. Guess correctly, and you'll be rewarded with extra resources to build your zoo! Once you have four habitats, declare the name of your world and announce your Opening Day - you've won! Zooreka includes 150 resource cards, 50 game cards, 4 selection tokens, a lucky token, 16 habitat pieces, 4 mover pieces and 2 dice. For 2 to 4 players. Ages 8 and up. Takes about 40 minutes to play.

Warning: Choking Hazard WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD -- Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs.

    This game was given to my older children a couple of years ago, but it is a family favorite! My 4 year old really enjoys this game and although she does need help reading the "stormy day" and "sunny day" cards which randomly are selected, the game board is easy to follow for a non-reader and the concept of building your zoo is easy to understand, also. Since each player receives an exchange card of how many food cards and shelter cards you need for a habitat, even young children can see what pieces they need to earn to get the habitat. This game is not found in many stores, but can be purchased online. Meijer has the best price by far online [...] I actually ordered 2 more games for a birthday present and for Christmas.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
