      Excellent deal for side sleeper using CPAP or BiPAP machine. Helps keep mask from smashing into face at night, breaking seal, making noises, etc. Love the neck support also. Even is comfortable when on back and with mask off.

        I wish sleep apnea physicians and sleep lab personnel would provide their clients/patients information on all accessories which could be purchased to enhance the comfort and compliance of CPAP treatments. If they did, I would have purchased this pillow years ago and been compliant with this treatment the first time I was instructed to use a CPAP 10 years ago in SC. I didn't continue past 2 months treatment then because of the overall uncomfortableness and irritating mask air leakage but now I'm getting into the program with positive health benefits as a reward.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
