- Ingredients: Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Enzymes, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folate), Sugar, Canola or Soybean Oil, Salt, Eggs, Enzymes, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Natural and Artificial Butter Flavor, Beta Carotene. Yeast Packet Ingredient: Active Dried Yeast.
- Oven Baking: Blend enclosed yeast packet and half box of bread mix in a medium bowl. Add 1 cup room temperature water and stir until blended. Add remaining bread mix 1/2 cup at a time, hand-kneading when necessary. Dough may be sticky. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface 12-15 minutes or until elastic but not sticky. Place dough in a lightly greased bowl and turn to coat., Cover with cloth. Let rise in a warm, draft-free place until double in size (about 1 hour). Punch dough down. For Loaf: Place in a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Cover with a cloth and place in a warm, draft-free place until double in size (about 45 minutes).Rolls: Divide dough into 6-8 portions and shape as desired. Place on a greased pan and let rise as directed for loaf. Bake in preheated 400°F until golden brown. 25-30 minutes for loaf, 10-15 minutes for rolls. For bread machine instructions. Add the following ingredients according to your bread machine owner's guide. Use the basic or sweet bread cycle. 1 1/2 - 2 lb capacity Machine: 1 cup room temperature water (75°F-85°F) full package bread mix, 1 packet yeast (enclosed), 1 lb capacity machine, 3/4 cup room temperature water (75°F-85°F), 2 1/2 cups mix (3/4 package), 1 teaspoon yeast (enclosed). For rolls, add above ingredients and set machine on dough cycle. Remove dough and follow the shaping and baking steps below. High altitude: No adjustment necessary.
