      I'm actually an amateur filmmaker using this light (and several other battery-operated flashlights) to light a set, which is a ghost movie that takes place in the middle of the woods at night. Obviously, it's pitch black out there, so powerful lights are needed.

      The main draw of this Coleman worklight for me was the fact it could switch from a spotlight to a floodlight with a simple twist of the knob. It also has two light settings, low and high. The light output is fairly strong on both, though the high setting is obviously stronger.

      Overall, this thing does what I need it to do, and if you need it for camping or adventuring outdoors, it'll more than likely do what you need it to do. As you can tell from the name, it only requires 4 AA batteries, and can run for several hours on one set, even on its highest setting. It also folds up into a very slim design that allows it to be easily carried, either by hand, backpack, or whatever else you have at your disposal. I will admit it was a little smaller than I was expecting, but with such a strong light output, who says size matters?

      Overall, I recommend this light to anyone thinking about buying it. It gets a long battery life, doesn't need recharged, and has a very strong light output. I'm certainly glad I bought it!

        The light support does not lock into the various positions. If you can get it to temporarily sit in one of the locating notches it will collapse if you even breathe on it. The base provides very little stability. A very disappointing product. Of no use as a work light or emergency light.

              You price consultants at Meijer got to be kidding for the price of this LED light, It is way overpriced for LED's, plus with AA batteries, that will run out in two uses!! Don't think you'll sell many of these
