Acne treatment cream - maximum strength - vanishing. 10% Benzoyl peroxide acne medication. 24 Hour control. Clearer skin all day every day. Dermatologist tested. Effectively clears existing pimples and helps prevent new ones from forming. Is this the right product for me? Treatment cream helps clear acne pimples helping to reduce size and redness. How does it work? The benzoyl peroxide formula goes to the root of the acne pimples to help dry and clear them up. Made in Germany.

  • Size: 1 oz
  • Ingredients: Active Ingredient: Benzoyl Peroxide (10%). Inactive Ingredients: Water, Propylene Glycol, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Bentonite, Aluminum Hydroxide, PEG-12, Isopropyl Myristate, Methylparaben, Carbomer, Potassium Hydroxide, Propylparaben.
  • Suggested use: For the treatment of acne pimples. Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying medication. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer 1-3 times a day. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside, use a sunscreen. Allow Clearasil Vanishing Acne Treatment Cream to dry then follow directions in sunscreen labeling. If sensitivity develops discontinue use of both products and consult a doctor. Keep tightly closed. Keep away from heat.

For external use only. Do not use if you have very sensitive skin or are sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. When using this product, avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use a sunscreen; avoid contact with the eyes, lips and mouth; avoid contact with hair or dyed fabrics including carpet and clothing which may be bleached by this product; with other topical acne medications at the same time or immediately following use of this product increased dryness or irritation of the skin may occur (If this occurs only one medication should be used unless directed by a doctor); skin irritation may occur characterized by redness, burning, itching, peeling or possibly swelling. More frequent use or higher concentrations may aggravate skin irritation. Mild irritation may be reduced by using the product less frequently or in a lower concentration. Stop use and ask a doctor if skin irritation becomes severe. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Works Great!

I perfectly remember buying this on a monday and by sunday most of my acne was gone! I tend to have sensitive skin but this product worked really well. I had acne all over my cheeks within a few weeks it was practically all gone, only a few pimples were left. It does leave some white stuff behind if you don't rub it in well, but i would say that's the only bad thing. I use it once to twice a day, once in the morning and once before I go to bed. This product really worked for me and I will not stop using it for sure!

This product is awesome and I highly recommend it! It does exactly what is promised --- "Effectively clears existing pimples & helps prevent new ones from forming". I used it the night before and 24 hours later my pimples were gone. It's relatively inexpensive too.

The most gentle and most effective topical acne treatment EVER

I use this product every night, and I always wake up with clearer skin. I've been prescribed countless topical treatments over the years, but they were either painful or ineffective. This product contains more benzoyl peroxide than most topical treatments, yet i apply a thick layer all over my face without feeling a stinging sensation AT ALL. My face doesn't feel hard or dried out, and the white color disappears overnight. I recommend this product to EVERYONE, even if your acne is only mild because it's also great for preventing acne.

My new miracle cream

This stuff is amazing! The only reason I bought it was because it was on sale and it was one of the few products I hadn't tried yet. I originally intended to use it as a spot treatment, but realized later that it's actually a daily treatment and started using it as such. With in one use it started to clear up my face AND lightening the scarring from previous breakouts. I had to stop using it after three days because I have sensitive skin and wearing it all day or night made me scaly, dry and itchy, but I will take that over red, bumpy and sore any day! I will definitely continue buying this product whether or not it's on sale!

So like i said before I've used this product for 5 years now! Ever since acne really became a problem for me this product has been a life saver! It has made my zits go away on average after only 24 hours of the first application! (I apply it 2 or 3 times in that time period). I have already recommended this to several friends and family members and hope that Clearasil NEVER gets rid of it!! Looking at my tube I just realized I'll be needing more in a little bit! (BTW the 1 oz. tube lasts a REALLY long time!!)

Killed it.

I had a massive stress related, hormone related zit on my chin. It hurt a lot and was growing bigger and more painful. I tried steaming it numerous times and applied calamine (my usual defense) and nothing happened. It was very stubborn and looking and feeling worse by the hour, it seemed. I haven't tried an acne treatment since I was a teenager because I never had the need. I am 39 now and while I rarely get blemishes, when I do get them they come on big and strong and painful now and this most recent one was the worst I've ever had. I was desperate! It looked like I'd been shot in the chin! I bought this and put it on overnight and voila! The next morning the nasty beast of a pimple was a flat, red, dry mark with zero inflammation. This cream is hardcore and dried the area and made it peel but it was nothing a little extra moisturizer couldn't fix. This killed my massive, face-eating zit in one shot and I will use it from now on!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
