- Ingredients: Grated Cheeses: Blend of Cheeses (Parmesan and Romano Made from Cows Milk ºPasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes»), Powdered Cellulose Added to Prevent Caking, Potassium Sorbate Added as a Preservative. Pizza Flour Mix: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate ºVitamin B1», Riboflavin ºVitamin B2» and Folic Acid), Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Shortening (Contains One or More of the Following: Soybean Oil, Cottonseed Oil), Yeast, Dextrose, Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate and Sodium Bicarbonate) and Salt. Pizza Sauce: Tomato Puree (Water, Tomato Paste), Water, Soybean Oil, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Oregano and Natural Flavorings.
- Step 1: Prepare - add 1/2 cup very water to crust mix in a small bowl. Stir with fork until crust mix is moistened; stir vigorously 25 strokes. Pour 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over dough. Turn dough to allow oil to coat bottom of dough. Cover. Let stand in warm place for 5 minutes (Increase the stand time to 20 minutes for an easier to work with dough and a lighter crust). Preheat oven to 425°F. Step 2: Create - Grease (or spray with nonstick cooking spray) 12"-14" pizza pans or cookie sheet (cookie sheets will produce crispier crusts). Place dough on greased pan or cookie sheet. Spread dough to edges of pan or into a 10" x 14" rectangle on cookie sheet. Pinch up edges to hold sauce. Pour half of pizza sauce over dough; spread to edges. Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Personalize the pizza by adding your favorite toppings - cheese, vegetables or meats. Step 3: Bake in preheated oven on lowest rack for 16-20 minutes or until crust is desired brownness.
